Su Sareen

...started yoga over 30 years ago and has been teaching for over 20 years. Her first teachers were Iyengar trained, then she was introduced to the beautiful, simple and powerful discoveries of Vanda Scaravelli (through John Stirk, with whom she is still studying).

She is a member of the Association of Independent Yoga Practitioners (AIYP).


Whilst her own style of yoga keeps developing, some themes remain constant, like listening to and working with the body and paying total attention to what is actually happening while using the breath and gravity.
