Su Sareen

I’ve been teaching yoga for over 25 years. Originally Iyengar trained, I was lucky enough to discover (and meet) Vanda Scaravelli in the late 1980‘s, and have been influenced by her gentle, breath-focussed approach ever since.

Weekly class, Wednesday evenings

Golders Green 7.00 - 8.30

It’s a long-established, general, intermediate level class. No two classes are the same as my own style of yoga constantly develops and changes. However some themes remain constant, like listening to, and working with the body, while developing our power of attention. Pranayama and meditation also feature regularly. And enjoying ourselves is a priority too!
